Today was spent driving from Maryland back to Ottawa Ontario Canada and thus much time for reflection. My dreams are achievable - my goals can be reached in the time I set - my heart and mind set on this path.
My weight upon arriving home: 258 (down 2 pounds from July 17)
My special bank account - no change yet
I am greatful for this opportunity to move my life in the direction I desire
I am greatful for the special mentors and friends in my mastermind group
I am greatful for the love and support of the man in my life
